Separate written agreements govern our lettings and management services. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence.

We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

Property listings

Property details on this site are provided in good faith and are intended as a general guide. They do not form part of any offer or contract.

Measurements, floor plans, photographs and descriptions are approximate and for illustration only. Nothing on this site should be taken as a statement that any property, or any fixture, fitting or service within it, is in working order or fit for purpose. Prospective tenants should satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of any details before entering into a tenancy.

Enquiries and offers

Submitting an enquiry or an offer through this website does not create a binding agreement. An offer is subject to acceptance by the landlord, satisfactory referencing and right to rent checks, and the signing of a tenancy agreement.

You confirm that any information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

Our services and fees

Our current fees for landlords are set out on our Landlords page and confirmed in writing before any agreement begins.

Payments that may lawfully be charged to tenants are limited by the Tenant Fees Act 2019. We will confirm any permitted payment to you in writing before you commit to anything.

Intellectual property

We own or are licensed to use all content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and layout. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the site commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we do not accept liability for any loss arising from your use of this website, from reliance on any content on it, or from any interruption or unavailability of the site.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please tell us first so we have the chance to put it right. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond in line with our internal complaints procedure.

NowProperty is registered with the Property Ombudsman and follows the Code of Practice for Residential Letting Agents. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the Property Ombudsman.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
